In the event of a breakdown, we have engineers strategically located around the UK for a fast response to your call.
All our engineers are familiar with all types of systems from small office environments through to large complex District Heating or Cooling systems.
These systems would include;
- Basic fill unit & fixed gas vessel combinations
- Compressor controlled systems
- Closed Spill, pump controlled systems
- Open spill units
Our engineers can quickly diagnose faults and can swiftly provide recommendations and costs as to the best way forward. We have a good network of suppliers and in the event, that we do have to source any parts not carried on van stock, we can usually arrange for these to be delivered either to our office or directly to site within a matter of days.
We will always use manufacturers approved parts and never compromise on any repair.
Any items repaired away from site are fully mechanically and electrically tested prior to return to the client.
